Tip #1: Become Attuned To Your Needs
If you’re trying to use products that everyone else in the world has suggested because they enjoy them, this doesn’t mean you’re going to have a very successful or enjoyable run with dental hygiene. Instead, you may be “putting a round peg in a square hole.” The products just might not fit with your needs. Figure out what works for you and use it; it will make all the difference in the world.
Tip #2: Stop Putting It Off
If you moan and groan and wait until the last minute to brush and floss your teeth, you will find that you resent having to complete your dental hygiene. Instead, we suggest you figure out the two times of the day that it will interfere the least with your schedule (in the morning and at night, of course) and get it done. You’ll become accustomed to maintaining your smile and it will stop feeling like work.
Tip #3: Do Something Fun
Make this time fun. For example, consider creating a dental hygiene playlist that will inspire you to get through the brushing and flossing, while you’re listening to something you love.
